Broken Bow, Nebraska, is our third location that was added in 1973 and expanded since then. This is our largest ranch in acres and cattle numbers and is the home of our feedlot where we grow and market our largest offering of bulls and where we feed and harvest our steers. Located on the southeast edge of the Nebraska sand hills this ranch has a variety of soils and topography running from flat, sandy river bottom to steep, rugged cedar covered hills. We are able to raise most of our own feed needs on our irrigated and dry land farm ground. The pastures are mostly western-type hard grass. This ranch is the home of nearly 500 registered calving cows as well as several hundred commercial Angus cows that can be used as recipients or to produce calves from our young sires for carcass evaluation.
