Summitville, Ohio, is the location of our first ranch and our headquarters. The first parcel of land in Summitville was purchased in 1938 and was the anchor that we built our ranch around. Over many years we added to this farm as parcels became available. Today the ranch totals more than 3,200 acres and is the home of more than 400 registered Angus cows. The land is comprised of gently rolling hills of clay and shale soils with multiple natural springs, streams, ponds and lakes and is speckled with indigenous hardwood trees of oak, cherry, maple and others.
