Summitcrest is a family-owned and operated farming, ranching and beef genetics operation which can trace its humble beginnings to the purchase of a small farm in 1938. Today we are listed by National Cattleman's Beef Association (NCBA) among the United States' ten largest seedstock producers with four ranches in three states and a stake in ORIGen, a beef genetics company near Billings, Montana. Our primary focus is to produce beef genetics for the purebred and commercial beef industry that excel in production and beef quality which, in turn, enhances the profitability and viability of our customers and the beef industry.
